NARESH SABHARWAL, Chairman

Mr. Naresh Sabharwal has been a businessman of sound integrity and proficiency. Having founded the Shivam Group in the year of 1996 with the aim of merging his various business i.e. Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turn-key Projects and International Trade. He has expereince of over 32 years in Construction, Real Estate, Hotels, Turnkey Projects and International Trade. He has successfully handled approximately 29 projects at many locations in India. He has successfully been engaged in the export of Garments to Japan and Europe. He has inclination and experience of catering customers to their tailor made specification. Other than this he has been managing a construction company specializing in construction of Highways and Bridge.

Mr. Naresh Sabharwal is a highly astute businessman who has achieved outstanding results over the last 30 years. His business acumen has earned him considerable respect and recognition. He has proven himself of being able to run both large and small business, successfully developing them into their full potential.

He also has been in the forefront socially and an active member & President Business cell of Indo American Friends Group (an NGO promoting business & cultural relationship between two largest democracies of the world). Also a promoter director of FIBA (Federation of International Business Association) which is coordinator between different chambers of commerce in the world. He was also awarded “ACHIEVERS OF THE NORTH” by The Times Group in the year 2014.

JEEVESH SABHARWAL

A graduate in Business Administration from Western International University, US University. He heads the Group’s International trade division as well as look after the purchases of land for construction of hotel, industrial, residential projects of the group. He was also handling the Group’s office situated at China as well as Dubai for many years.

He has also worked as an independent consultant to various companies in the area of real estate development, construction and international trade for preparation of sound business plan, project report and solving the typical issues faced by them during the progress of the project.

He is a youngest member of the management and being very dynamic & hardworking. He has been in the business of construction ranging from building societies, residential, industrial projects, roadways projects, commercial complex and so on.

KAVIRAJ SINGH

Mr. Singh is a Law graduate from Delhi University in the year of 1996 and has also a Bachelors degree in Industrial Psychology and post graduation diplomas in Corporate Law & Management and International Trade.

Mr. Singh is a member of Supreme Court Bar Association of India and Association of Trial Lawyers of America, USA, Bar Council of Delhi.

Mr. Singh is the founder Attorney of the Trustman & Co, a law firm. He is a chief editor of Legal Encyclopedia, largest legal data base on CD Rom in India and frequently invited for lecture by various Trade Organization.

He is a chair of New Delhi, India chapter of New York state bar association. Hon’ able Chief Minister Delhi, India has nominated Mr. Singh to governing body of Aurbindo College, University of Delhi in recognition to thr contribution to the legal profession and society. He is also elected director of General of Federation of international Business Association and President, legal cell of Indo-American Friends group.

His specialized areas of practice are corporate & business laws. Mr. Singh advises various private corporations and statutory organizations of Government of India in the area of commercial & business laws for setting up new business and smooth running of business, real estate, commercial agreements / contracts banking, regulatory compliance and Intellectual property right, Infringement and Passing-off actions. He has handled various very large projects for real estate from the stage of conception to the final stage of development.

AMBIKA SHARMA

A graduate in Mathematics from MDS University Ajmer. He has experience of over 17 years in Construction and has handled different projects of Real Estate and Hotels which includes a 4 star hotel in Badrinath, a Mall/Business Complex at NOIDA sector 18, bungalow at Vasant Vihar New Delhi, an additional block at Fr. Angel School,and shopping complex at sector 39 NOIDA and has expertise in procurement. He has joined the Shivam Group in 1994. Currently he is involved in the Luxury group housing projects at Amritsar, Jammu and Noida.

ROHAN RAJAN

Mr. Rohan Rajan, a mechanical Engineer and a Post Graduate and Gold Medalist in Marine Engineering and research institute Mumbai has persuaded his career as a sea fearer for almost 7 years on one of the most sophisticated ships carrying liquefied petroleum gas. Keeping with his adventurous life style and belief that Engineering is a bent of mind, has now ventured into world of construction.
